the room was clean. the breakfast was amazing (especially the pastries). every team member was super friendly. the hotel had a great prime location.
The pool was tiny. It wasn't really suitable to suggest the hotel had one. there was no gym. i had to jog in the streets (they were quite hilly) every morning.

The check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful. I got a room on the third floor, it included a balcony. The hotel provided complimentary champagne and cake for a birthday celebration. The front desk answered all my questions and gave useful restaurant recommendations.
The WiFi signal wasn't always reliable. The connection would sometimes drop.

The staff members were helpful (especially at reception). They were always with a smile. The rooms were spacious with all necessary amenities.
The swimming pool was tiny. It was not suitable to suggest the hotel had a swimming pool. The photos looked misleading. There was no gym, so I had to jog in the streets.

the staff WERE amazing. i appreciated that the staff recognized my stays in other vincci hotels during the trip. the location on the liberdade IS convenient. the hotel deserves a high rating.
the WiFi had disconnection issues frequently. this interruption occurred every 30-60 seconds. it caused SIGNIFICANT frustration .
